Pumpkins After Dark
Pumpkins After Dark is Canada’s largest fall and Halloween festival. This all-ages outdoor event is a celebration of all things Halloween with over 6,000+ hand carved pumpkins that are built into large pumpkin art installations. The event also features live pumpkin carving demonstrations, live entertainment, food trucks with fall treats & sweets, photo ops, and much more! Heritage Inn Hot Air Balloon Festival
This fall, watch high into the sky as you experience three days of magic at the Heritage Inn Hot Air Balloon Festival. Fun takes place high in the sky, and on the ground during the Glow Festival, where balloons are tethered to the ground and the field is filled with family fun. Located just outside of Calgary, in High River, it’s a must-do festival with the kids in Alberta this fall.

Free Hill Climbers Playgroup
Join a fun playgroup for free on a drop-in basis Friday mornings from 10:30am - 11:30am. Each month there is a new location, and no pre-registration is required. September will feature Confederation park, until October and November, when the playgroup will transition indoors for the winter.
